This Child Safety Standards policy outlines our comprehensive approach to preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This policy applies to all AMG Solutions services, including our website (amgsolutions.in), mobile applications, and any other platforms or services we operate. We work in full compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws worldwide.

We are dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe digital environment for all users, with particular focus on protecting minors. Our commitment includes:

3. Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation Standards

3.1 Definition of CSAE

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
  • Sextorting a child (sexual extortion)
  • Trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
  • Any form of sexual exploitation of minors
  • Facilitating or encouraging sexual abuse of children
  • Live-streaming of child sexual abuse

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited across all AMG Solutions services:

  • Creating, distributing, or possessing child sexual abuse material
  • Soliciting minors for sexual purposes
  • Engaging in sexually explicit conversations with minors
  • Facilitating meetings between adults and minors for sexual purposes
  • Promoting or advertising child sexual exploitation
  • Using our services to coordinate or plan child sexual abuse

3.3 Prevention Measures

We implement multiple layers of protection including:

  • Automated content detection and filtering systems
  • Age verification mechanisms where appropriate
  • Behavioral analysis to identify suspicious patterns
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Proactive monitoring of user-generated content
  • Partnership with child safety organizations and technology providers

4. Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy

4.1 Definition of CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) includes any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (anyone under 18 years of age). This encompasses:

  • Photographs, videos, or digital images depicting child sexual abuse
  • Computer-generated imagery (CGI) or artificially created content depicting minors in sexual situations
  • Drawings, cartoons, or other artistic depictions of child sexual abuse
  • Live streaming of child sexual abuse
  • Any material that sexualizes children

4.2 Detection and Response

Our approach to addressing CSAM includes:

  • Implementation of industry-standard detection technologies
  • Partnership with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Use of hash-matching databases to identify known CSAM
  • Machine learning algorithms to detect new or unknown CSAM
  • Human review processes for flagged content
  • Immediate removal of identified CSAM and account suspension

4.3 Reporting to Authorities

When CSAM is detected on our platform, we take immediate action by:

  • Immediately removing the content and preserving evidence
  • Reporting to NCMEC and appropriate law enforcement agencies
  • Providing full cooperation with ongoing investigations
  • Implementing additional safeguards to prevent re-occurrence
  • Banning the user account and associated accounts permanently

5. Reporting Mechanism

5.1 In-App Reporting

We provide multiple ways for users to report suspected child abuse or exploitation:

  • In-app reporting button available on all user profiles and content
  • Dedicated "Report Child Safety Concern" option in our reporting menu
  • Anonymous reporting capability to protect reporter identity
  • 24/7 availability of reporting mechanisms
  • Multi-language support for international users

5.2 External Reporting Options

Users can also report concerns through:

  • Dedicated child safety email: childsafety@amgsolutions.in
  • Emergency hotline: Available 24/7 for urgent concerns
  • Online reporting form on our website
  • Direct contact with our Child Safety Officer

5.3 Report Processing

All reports are processed according to our strict protocols:

  • Immediate acknowledgment of receipt (within 24 hours)
  • Priority review by trained child safety specialists
  • Investigation completed within 48 hours for urgent cases
  • Appropriate action taken based on severity and evidence
  • Follow-up communication with reporter when appropriate
  • Escalation to law enforcement when required

6. Enforcement & Response

6.1 Immediate Action

Upon confirming a violation of our child safety policies, we take immediate and decisive action, which may include:

  • Permanent suspension of the user's account without warning
  • Removal of all violating content
  • Reporting the user and activity to law enforcement and NCMEC
  • Implementation of blocks to prevent the user from creating new accounts

6.2 User Appeals

Due to the serious nature of child safety violations, decisions regarding account suspensions are typically final. However, users who believe their account was suspended in error may contact our support team, but reinstatement is not guaranteed.
